Disappearing pocket: To keep the exterior uncluttered, the front split pocket is accessed from inside. Just pop your small stuff in, push the flap closed and it all but disappears.

Clip on, clip off: Custom metal carabiners let you easily attach and remove the strap. So you can go from pouch to bag and back again, depending on where you're headed.
